By accessing and using the OKD Portal, an official platform of the Department of Education – Schools Division of Davao del Sur, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These govern your access to and use of the system.
The OKD Portal is designed to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd (OKD) programs. The portal is intended for use by authorized personnel and stakeholders within the education sector.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users must ensure that all submitted data is accurate, relevant, and truthful. Unauthorized access, data tampering, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
Users must utilize this portal in a manner consistent with DepEd’s core values and applicable policies. Any misuse of the system, including uploading harmful content, phishing, or engaging in activities that disrupt service operations, is not allowed and may result in account suspension or legal action.
All content, logos, reports, and system components are the intellectual property of the Department of Education - Davao del Sur. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
All personal and institutional data collected through this platform shall be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the DepEd Data Privacy Manual. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
The Schools Division of Davao del Sur shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal. Users access and use the portal at their own discretion and risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or other DepEd regulations, without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified or updated to reflect changes in DepEd policies, system enhancements, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of these changes.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the OKD Portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the proper courts in Davao del Sur.
