About the OKD Portal

The OKD Portal (Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd) is a web-based platform developed to support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health and nutrition programs in all public schools within the Division of Davao del Sur.

This portal aims to centralize health-related submissions, reports, and analytics, ensuring that all stakeholders—from school health personnel to division program implementers—can collaborate efficiently. It serves as a digital hub for consolidating data, generating summaries, and tracking performance across school-based initiatives such as the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), medical and dental services, mental health support, and more.

Developed with usability and accountability in mind, the OKD Portal empowers the Division Office to make data-driven decisions and improve the delivery of essential health services for learners.

For inquiries or technical support, please contact the Division Information Technology Officer or the School Health Section.
